By accessing or using Anyak Studio (the 'App'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Anyak Studio provides AI-powered tools for brand identity definition and social media content creation.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

4. Intellectual Property

The content you generate using the App is yours. However, the App's underlying software, AI models, design, and trademarks are the property of Anyak Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden the App. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading harmful or illegal content.
• Generating or sharing Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content, including but not limited to pornography, adult content, excessive violence, or gore.
• Using the App to create content that promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
• Attempting to reverse engineer or scrape the App.
• Using the App to generate deceptive or malicious content.

6. Content Moderation

We employ both automated and manual content moderation techniques to ensure compliance with these terms. We reserve the right to block, delete, or refuse to generate content that we, in our sole discretion, determine violates these terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Anyak Studio provides the service on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Anyak Studio is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
